terrible. do not go to this store. their credit card machine was down today, and my s/o who was desperate for a pair of shorts for a tournament down the street was able to give them the exact amount for the shorts, minus the change in cash, and said she would return asap with the change, even offering to write down her credit card # for the payment later! terrible customer service, rude staff. shut this location down. don't open your doors if you can't serve your customers. shut. your. store. down. machine broken? work with your customers. unwilling to do that? shut the frick down. t absolutely terrible. will never get my business ever again. julian was not a good customer service employee. management needs to change this store, and train employees how to react in this situation.

The manager at this Ross is RUDE. I asked her to explain something to me and instead of having patience and trying to explain to me kindly, she got frustrated and went to get another employee to explain to me. She didn’t even let me know what she was going to do she just left during the conversation. The employee who explained to me was kind and patient with me unlike the manager who was rude. If you’re the manager at a store you should be able to explain things about the store to a customer and be kind about it. This manager’s customer service skills are horrible and she needs to get fired or trained better.

Totally unprofessional and rude employees following the example set by a "manager Jessica." They do not care about their customers at all. This was the worst shopping experience of the entire quarantine. The employees did not have the masks on properly. If you want people to feel safe in your stores you have to enforce your rules. Sad this store has slowly started to deteriorate.

I have been a client since this store had opened and I had never seen a manager like Jessica , she didn’t have any manners or respect for the clients. She yelled at me for no reason today Wednesday around 5:pm. I will never come back to this store because of this worker. Jessica has a really really bad attitude.

Had to return a radio but could not find the receipt. They r not accepting returns and not giving in store credit . New policy. Even though the item had the label on it.manager stood there entire time playing with her phone. How does covid relate to having a receipt versus not having one!!! Done shopping there
