It is nearly impossible to speak to an actual person on the phone at CEFCU. They automate you into oblivion with various layers of touch tone systems and chatbots.

This bank is definitely the worst in the area. I'm not entirely what draws people in. Lowest interest rates on savings accounts and the absolute lowest possible withdrawal limits.Luckily, the declined a large transaction on my wife tonight due to their abysmal daily transaction limit and it has finally convinced her to close the account and go with a good bank!
