I went to Walgreens tonight to send a family member money after we had lost someone today. My day was very long and stressful. It was the last Walgreens open to add money to my card. I went to the cashier and noticed I left my card in the car. I apologized and ran to the car to grab my card. When I got back, the line was very long. I politely asked did I need to go back to the end of the line or would she be able to take care of me since I was already ahead of these customers. The cashier said no I need to go back to the end of the line so I did just that. Before I did that, I did mention I was before these customers, but I still proceeded to wait at the end of the line quietly. After waiting for all these customers, we took care of before me. I finally get to the counter for the manager or associate named Zach to tell me that he's refusing customer service and I need to leave the store. I have been a manager in customer service for over 10 years and I would never refuse service over something so late I did not yell or cuss or give the girls a hard time I went to the end of the line. This guy embarrassed me and upset me so bad. By the time I got home I decided to call the store. I called the store and spoke with an associate and let her know. I'm sorry if I caused anyone any uncomfort by my small comment but it was no reason to refuse service. I've been going to this Walgreens my whole entire life and has been a great deal of money with the store. I get my prescriptions filled here and also my son's. now I'm not supposed to come back? I asked the cashier the phone so now my band from Walgreens because of my comment. When am I allowed to come back? This is the store I go to it's down the street from my house. have never experienced being kicked out of the store. Not once the entire time did I cuss or raise my voice or call anyone any names? I made one comment about how I felt. I should've been taken care of before the other customers because I was ahead of them. This was the worst customer service I have ever received from the store, and I will be calling corporate, and I will be calling checking back up to see that this has been addressed. I will be getting all my prescriptions moved to a different business and I will not be back again.

Outstanding location. Clean store. Nice and bright. Lots of health and wellness items, some grocery options, and a pharmacy.

The pharmacy has a drive up, but don't attempt to use it unless you have half an hour to waste. They never have more than one employee on the window, even though there are two lanes. I counted 8 cars waiting!I have taken my prescriptions to HyVee. The service, both drive up and counter is always good.I will NEVER go back to this Walgreens, even though it's the closest pharmacy to our home.

The pharmacist Jonas is always extremely friendly and has helped me in many ways when it comes to difficult scripts. The rest of the staff is also friendly. They do have long wait times which seeing how many customers they do serve, it is completely understandable. That's where the automated system comes in handy on letting you know when scripts are being processed or ready.

I think Christy in Pharmacy needs a reality check. If your prescription is $169.00 and you can bring in a coupon, to bring it down from Good RX to 43$, a smart person would definitely present the coupon. Today the coupon was from $30 to 8, but she could only get it down to $13..Then I was shamed for her screen having to many coupons that she could not add a new one... on my name...Yes I LOVE Good RX...Debating Strongly about removing all my prescriptions from here after being here for over 25 years. I DO NOT have to be treated badly, and accept it... Maybe she was having a bad day. I lost my mother, my father just broke his arm. I have bad days often...I'm still nice to people...Brenda Gray
