Yesterday, Saturday, 03/15/25, my cousin and I went to the cricket facility on Knoxville Street, terrible service from a Chubby boy with glasses, however there were 2 two girls and in the end one of them treated us very kindly and very different from the Chubby Boy with glasses, the joke is because he didn't want to install lines on a telephone because it had to be put on the phone he wanted, and the girls said that if we could put it on the phone we were carrying, one is supposed to pay for the service and have the obligation to provide us with that service. When the girl gave us the service, the boy asked her what are you doing? And she told him, installing the line just as we asked, and the boy, when he saw that, his expression of discontent grew even more, just because the girl did what the boy said couldn't be done, and it's not that it couldn't be done, it's that she didn't want to serve us.

I just have to say the customer service is amazing I came in just wanting assistance with a broken phone not being charged and after all said and done I was blessed with a brand new phone a brand new plan a cheaper service moving from straight talk to cricket, glad to be a part of the cricket now!!!!!!
