The customer service is top notch. The employees are friendly and well informed about the products. I originally came to Family Medical several years ago with my elderly mother. She needed compression socks. We received excellent service then so when I needed to rent a knee scooter Family Medical Equipment was the first place I contacted. They’re very helpful taking care of insurance billing as well. I highly recommend their services.

Family Medical has great staff. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. I had to leave there service to get my supplies somewhere else due to insurance but could not wait to get back in their network.

Family Medical has had been my “go to” provider for 20 years. The knowledgeable people there who have the training and experience with CPAP, lymphatic supplies and so much more are there to help each person who comes through the door. They are truly a family group of professionals who serve the Peoria area community and beyond.

We have been doing business with Family Medical for over 20 years. The staff is wonderful! They are pleasant, personable, and accommodating. They care about their customers. We can trust they will have what we need because they keep the shelves well-stocked. As a result of my daughter's breast cancer, the Plaid Daisy met her needs with expertise and dignity. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else. They are like family!

My Dr scheduled a procedure quite quickly requiring expedited needs for medical scooter. Contacted Family Medical by txt after hours and first thing in morning Rec’d reply with positive feedback solving my problem. Having a number of issues this year and having to wait for answers getting such good service is greatly appreciated

Angie in the respiratory department saved me time, money, and trouble. My CPAP machine was broken, so she had me bring it into the store. Quickly, she repaired it, refilled my supplies, and had me on my way with a big smile on my face. I can't recommend Family Medical Equipment & Supply enough.
