Wow talk about a mess. The lady who answered the phone clearly should have taken the day off if she was that upset. However to my knowledge I thought I was the customer and she could just put her issues outside of work aside. That was not the case. Found out I have been overpaying due to the car they have on file for me that is not even mine. I own my car outright. The car and VIN they have listed is a leased car and more expensive. I have been questioning why I pay so much given no accidents or tickets in years. I am waiting for a call back and will update once this mess is cleared up. However I will be taking my business elsewhere and will try to recoup what I have overpaid in court. There is more than one insurer out there thank goodness!!!
