I have been with State Farm for a long time and they have been great. Taylor has been my agent for a long time and she is wonderful with helping me. All the agents that I talk to are so helpful and very knowledgeable and polite, I talk to Darrien a lot and he is a great guy.

Working with State Farm was so easy. Everyone in this office was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and got my car insurance half of what I was paying with another company. They were able to get my policy active same day. Have already recommended them to family members.

Had a glass claim and it went so smoothly! I didn’t even realize having a chip repaired was an option. From my phone call to Darrin at the office to my call from the repair vendor-I chose safelight-my chip was fixed all in one day. Super easy!

Darrin Koch at Taylor Maciaszek State Farm agency was super helpful after my truck was involved in an accident. He checked with me several times to make sure I was okay, that I had gotten an estimate, that my rental car had been arranged, and that the repairs were under way. He then followed up again to be sure I was satisfied with the repair work. In short, he treated me like I was family.

I’ve had my car insurance through State Farm since I got my drivers license. But more recently I’ve had to get a life insurance policy and Renter’s Insurance. I wasn’t sure how to go about all this but Taylor and her team were phenomenal help! I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. From the moment I reached out, the team member was friendly, professional and eager to assist. The process for both policies were fairly quick and easy and I felt informed through every step of the way. They took time to explain my options and what would work best for me. Whenever I had any questions/concerns I could easily get in touch with someone right away. They are always prompt with their response. It’s clear Taylor has a great team who values their customers. I am so pleased to be covered by State Farm. Highly recommend them!
