Went for the first time, had a great pedicure and no dip mani. Pedicure was not rushed as I've experienced other places. Only negative is the top coat started peeling the following day on my fingers

I was looking for a new salon after moving to the area...I've been getting my nails regularly done 10+ years. Gel with no chip polish. First and second experiences were great. Unfortunately, now the third, I didn't book early enough to get the same person so I tried someone different. I was unimpressed with his technique of filing the sides so far it rubbed my skin raw. He just kept filing the sides since there was too much gel globbered on. In 10+ years of getting the same procedure, never has someone spent so much time destroying the sides of my nail beds. Multiple cuticles were left bleeding, and he didn't even get a new file. A day later, 7/10 fingers burn every time I wash my hands due to the broken skin/cuts on my fingers. I arrived 15 minutes early, I'm not sure why he was in such a rush and careless. One of my fingers even had the polish that cured a little on my skin, I had to ask if he could clean up the side. My advice would be, if something doesn't seem right, just ask for a different technician. The experience was drastically different with this technician. I didn't need cuticle oil at the end, I needed Neosporin. If you're concerned with hygiene, this may not be the salon for you.

Best nail salon there is! Judy is truly the best. She took her time and was patient with me while I was taking forever on trying to pick a color polish. I’ve never been so happy with how my nails look. Judy went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. She is amazing! I drive 30 minutes from home to come to this salon. Only place I will recommend my friends to go to! Thank you Judy!

SO disappointing. The nail polish seemed old or poor quality, as the technician had to apply it thickly to cover my nails, resulting in a lumpy finish the set is uneven and looks absolutely horrible, never touched my cuticles,. That same day, the polish started to chip in various spots. When I returned to address the issue, I was told they don’t warranty regular nail polish—only no-chip polish? (this policy should have been communicated upfront.) They offered to apply a new color over the chipped polish without removing it, leaving a visible and unappealing result with the chips still visible underneath. It’s an embarrassing and unsatisfactory experience, and I would not recommend Bella Nora to anyone.

Bella Nora is excellent! Great service and friendly staff. We always have a good experience and they make sure we are happy with everything before we leave. We’ve been coming here for years now. We have since moved further away but we still come here. All the nail techs are great, especially Jasmin and Cecy. We would highly recommend this place!

After getting a disaster manicure at another local spot I came here for a fix and I've found my spot forever! The place is clean, the people are so nice, and the attention to detail is unmatched. I cannot recommend this place enough.
Requested style: I brought a photo and and they replicated it flawlessly.
