The landlord Scott does not seem to know about the 14th amendment or the fair housing act because it would seem as if I went with someone to rent a place and got a call back saying no because of 2 kids

I’ve had no issues with this company and in fact, I was initially unable to open my storage unit, but Dan the handyman came out after hours to assist me. Additionally, I love that the company is woman-owned.

I rented for over a year. Anytime I had a problem Scott or the maintenance man Nick would get over to fix it. Highly recomend renting for Woodburn rentals

The owner has always been very helpful, accommodating, pleasant and when asked to get a problem fixed he has always done it for us. Thanks for all you do!

I bring in about 1200 to 1400 a month yet not good enough to rent a place for 600 that I wanted. Only have tiny lizard's that eat worms and stay in tank. Could have gotten rid of them but nope. Looks to have lost out on a good renter. I mean 600 for a small two bed? Umm I can wait and buy a bigger house for less than that a month. Thanks for showing us the light that this single mom can do better that what you had to offer.

Never have i heard of having to make 600 a week to afford to live in a 600 dollar a month duplex...my income of 1600 was not enough...
