Would not recommend, do not waste your tim coming here. I asked about the glass pieces prices being expensive compared to the local area and was told to buy from China instead with a snotty attitude. Great display of customer service ?

Sal is amazing he is so friendly and went out of his way to help me find a flavor I would like. Super super friendly guy! This is the way you want to be treated at a vape shop!! Def going to be making this my new vape shop!! FANTASTIC prices, cheapest around and friendly faces def check this place out!!

I seen this place and decided to check it out. The owner was very welcoming and displayed his knowledge on every product I was curious about. He recommended the infused drinks… I’m there every week now for one of his drinks! Highly recommend!

This store charged me $65 for a Yocan Loki. When I called back a week later inquiring about the Yocan Orbit, the owner said they don’t have the Yocan Orbit, but they have the Yocan Loki for $45. Come here if you want to get ripped off.

10 seconds on the phone with whoever answered. Guy was ridiculously rude. Seriously can't believe how quik I hate this place. Lol what a joke. In response to your response first I'm a guy. Shows how much u actually remember about the phone call. And yes I was inquiring about glass sales simply asking if u buy American glass. I'm a 25 year local glass blower and was curious. Maybe u were having a bad day idk but I stick by my comment. Ridiculously rude

I finally got the courage to quit smoking cigarettes. I switched to vaping which is way healthier. Shortly after making this transition I stopped into this shop. The owner (Sal) is very nice and knowledgeable about the products and they have a great selection. He's fun to talk to while you're there as well. He offers discounts too. This is a very good business and I highly recommend it!

Owner sold me a bad cigar, I’ve never had a bad cigar in my life. Stopped by this place while in the neighborhood. It was horrible!Shame on you dude for selling a woman a bad cigar.Smashed up and used as decor

Sall is the best!!! Absolutely amazing conversation and customer service. I pulled on to the lot expecting to spend a little to nothing and pulled off with a bag full of recommendations from Sall. I will definitely visit again the next time I’m in Chicago.
