Long time customer. Bought a vape that wouldn’t stop firing on its own. Called in to tell them was told to bring it in. I drive all the way there to be told it’s fine. When it starts firing on its own I was told it’s because I’m hitting it… when I was simply moving my wrist. The other guy that works there witnessed the same thing happen with the same flavor a day or two ago and exchanged it no problem. Don’t waste your time here. You can get cheaper prices and better customer service on north ave and George st in the Winston plaza. After I purchased another vape because I wasn’t going to go without I proceeded to leave the broke one that I wasted $20 on the counter for him to see that it’s broken. Not only did I waste my time and lost out on an additional $20 because I had to buy a new one but left the broken one for them to keep. Is that something someone would do that’s making it up? I doubt I’ll be coming back again.

Best smoke shop in the area by far! Great atmosphere, quality products, all the updated smoking accessories, disposable vapes, hookahs, etc. Open early for convenience & competitive pricing. This place is awesome during holidays generously offering freebees. The owner & staff are great people!

Love this place. Never had an issue. I always ask if there are any specials and they let me know if they do or don't. Happy I found this place. I was treated respectfully and they always advise on what's good or what isn't (flavors)

Oh my God a Tobacco store with reasonable prices! I don't even think they tax here. Purchased some raw cones for my marijuana and it was 3 bucks flat. I don't go anywhere else :)

This is the only vape store I go to anymore, this place is my favorite to go to, ALWAYS CHECK THAT YOUR VAPES ARE WORKING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! they cannot help you once you leave the door, not because they don't trust you but because that's the policy. Everytime I've ever gotten a bum vape they always switch it out and check with me. Everyone is very sweet and helpful and the store has great prices, I highly recommend visiting them ❤️
