I always go to Ricky's for every body damage, wheel damage or any other I have with my vehicles! Iv been going to him for 5 years now and they always make my cars look brand new! As if nothing was ever wrong with it!!!

I blew a tire after hitting a curb and after my daughter and I starting to try to change the tire I went over to the auto body shop across from where I pulled into and asked one of the guys if he could help us. The guy that helped us was very kind and so patient. We had all the tools but had one of those Jack's that take forever to use the bar with and after he tried with mine he even caved and got his own jack from the shop. Finally got the jack situated and then the nuts on the tire was too tight so once again was kind and patient and walked back to his shop and got his tools. The whole job took a lot longer than anticipated when I originally asked him to help but thankfully he was very patient and willing to do all he could to help us. He didn't ask for anything in return but for me to write a review on Google. His review was most definitely earned and will keep his shop in mind if I need anymore help if I'm in rock island again.Service: Tires

My teenage daughter messed up her car driving into a parked car. I got an estimate from a body shop for about $5,000 for new parts and paint and so on. It's a fairly inexpensive teenage car so there was no way I was paying that much. Rickys is near my work so I took the car there and explained the situation. He told me he could make it look almost perfect for a fraction of the price. He actually made it look completely perfect for a fraction of the price. I really appreciate his work and the great deal he gave me.Services: Painting

Highly recommended!Auto body shop is a unique business because, unless, god forbid, the customer is accident-prone, there are seldom repeat customers. As such, many auto body shops lack the incentive of keeping long-term customer relationship and satisfaction but instead focus on short-term profit-taking by providing overpriced services coupled with marking up the parts when possible.That is where Ricky's Auto Body makes a difference and why I think a positive review is imperative to spread the good words about this business. (1) Honesty. The first thing the owner Andy said was "let me show you where you can order the taillights on your own online for affordable prices and I will not mark up the parts". Andy even patiently helped me to compare price online. (2) Professionalism and Transparency. Andy and his employee are open to discuss the progress of repair and show me in real time how the work is done. (3) Superior quality of work. Picture is worth a thousand words. Please see attached "before" and "after". (4) Humanity and Compassion. After knowing the details of my accident especially regarding the other party (at fault) who did not carry insurance, Andy expressed sympathy and worked out an affordable plan. In light of the quality of the work, I would have been paying much more at some other body shops. (5) True customer care. Andy noticed there was a sound when driving the car. For my safety of driving, he got on the ground and probed under the car to locate the issue and referred me to another shop who specializes in that type of issues.Services: Painting

Looked around for awhile to see which shop had the best prices finally found Ricky’s and gave me a more than fair quote for some body work on my car he got it done quick and even helped me drop off my car after an accident and came to the shop on his day off. One of the more positive experiences I’ve had with a body shop. I needed my whole front bumper replaced due to hitting a deer and they did an excellent job. I always felt like I was in good hands.
