I moved into this area a year ago and transferred to a nearby bank, very bad choice. This is not a customer friendly bank, I should have gone the extra mile to Chase Bank.

I can’t take it anymore. Just getting thru a phone call now is a NIGHTMARE listening to the horrible recorded messages that go on FOREVER! Been waiting for my escrow refund now for 7 weeks. Couldn’t just deposit it my checking account? D*** system. I have to find another bank And it KILLS me after 20 years of fantastic service with Alpine. I just can not deal with Midland anymore.
