Chris was our salesman for our Nissan Versa and he was excellent to work with. Quite accommodating with our requests and helpful with our service needs. Never at any time did we feel pressured to buy anything from him. He let us take our time and when we were ready he provided us all the information we needed. He was always friendly with a welcoming smile. Thank you Chris!

I was very disappointed in this dealership. I spent nearly a year trying to find my car. All I wanted was a 2018 Mazda6 in black in a touring trim or higher. I came here assuming that as a Mazda dealer they would be able to help me. Not only were their inventory options trash -all they really had was crossovers and a few Mazda3 & Mazda6- the salesman never even offered to check other Anderson lots in different locations. I told him exactly what I wanted and that I wasn't really interested in anything else and he completely disregarded it and was very pushy trying to sell me Altimas and Malibus they had on their lot. I ended up having to go all the way to Palatine, IL (an hour and a half drive) to Arlington Toyota to find the car I wanted. While there, not only did the TOYOTA SALESMAN teach me more about the features on the Mazda than the salesman here showed me on their showroom model, they taught me that dealers have the ability to locate a requested vehicle for a customer. I live five minutes away and I won't even be bringing my car here for service I'd rather find a different Mazda dealer. For the sake of the kid's job I won't mention the salesman's name.

I had a very bad experience with this dealer. They misrepresented a car I was interested in. We spoke about it over phone and negotiated a price which was listed above market. I had asked about the car's condition. I drove an hour and a half to get there, the car has body knicks and scratches that were very noticeable. They were unwilling to fix it. They actually offered to send me a tube of paint home and made a lot of other comments to me that were just wrong. More over, they were rude and arrogant. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I just love my Mazda family they get you in and out and they are very polite. everytime I come there I am greeted they tell me hello how I'm doing.

Chris is a super kid and helpful sales associate. He stuck with me for a week on countless no’s to find the right car. No pushy sales personalities in the building. Just them looking for the perfect fit for everyone!
