I give the service department 5 stars. I bought my Mazda CX-9 from another dealer. The manager and employees take personal pride in their professionalism, knowledge, customer service, active listening skills, being a part of the solution, doing what is right, going above and beyond what might be required of them, and really caring about what they do. Because of this, they actually do a lot of good and actually help people. The manager took a bunch of time out of his day to care about me and my questions and concerns on a level that is unparallel to any other dealership, mechanic, or other business I have ever been to. They are honest, humble, not arrogant, caring, and respect you. While I am new to the Mazda Family, I beginning to rebuild trust that has been broken for many years with other businesses, car brands, and insurance companies, etc. Thank you for who you are and what you are doing. I would like to continue to come to you guys and I trust that I am in good hands. Not like Allstate says about your vehicle when you need to file a claim, but rather actually in good hands. As long as all continues to go well, you have a partnership with me moving forward.

Lenny made my vehicle shopping experience easy. I bought a brand new CX-5. Lenny was thorough and well knowledgeable about the car. Good sense of humor as well. I appreciate the fact he did not push me to make a quick decision. I’m also thankful to Pete in financing. He caught a huge error regarding license plates. Overall I’ll definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase.

Alex sales person and Rob sales manager... easy to work with, respectful of our time, no high pressure, and took care of my 22yo. Car has some minor chips and they are going to get this fixed ASAP. And a full tank of gas driving off the lot.

Me and my wife's car were totalling too much money in repairs and we needed a new reliable car to replace them. Jeff was amazing! Was willing to work with us and drove off in a brand new cx 5 and peace of mind. The whole team there is just a great bunch couldnt reccomend them enough!

Charged us 190.00 to do an inspection of our front end, was there less than an half an hour, also including an 18.00 "shop supplies" charge, which was??? no work was done other than test driving it, and a visual inspection.

Anderson Mazda is absolutely amazing! i was driving out to the Rockford airport for a flight when i hit the worlds biggest pothole and got a flat tire. I was able to put on the spare and drive to this dealer, to try and get a new tire. i was so nervous when i arrived about missing my flight and the service staff were absolutely wonderful. They reassured me that they had the tire in stock and could change it right away. They were able to complete the repair and get me back on the road. best part was i made my flight! Thank you so much!!!!!!!
