This morning I stopped in to the Anderson service Center as I was having an issue with my convertible top not going all the way down. The manager (sorry, can’t remember his name) got a mechanic and immediately diagnosed the problem. Now I have a short term solution and they didn’t charge me. But I’ll be back. Great service.

I canceled gap insurance two months ago even have a copy of the paperwork and it was never submitted! Then went back and they faxed it to East state facility, still nothing, so I drive to that dealership and showed my paperwork and said it will be effective on the date two months later even after the original paperwork was not submitted! So they charged me another two months of gap after the fact! I’m really sick of the runaround, can somebody do their job please!

Awesome experience at Anderson Nissan! Zach Gross was wonderful to work with and would definitely recommend him as your salesman. He went the extra mile while working with us and made the car buying process easy. The energy at the dealership was great and everyone was friendly.
