It's incredible that in a month and a half they haven't taken the time to check the car, during that time I didn't have any calls from the dealer, my question is,
How is it possible that in that course they have not taken the time to review it?
Brett was the person who gave me the keys to my car and at no time did I ask or wanted to solve the problem, he just said, ok it's fine, here are the keys.
I think he is not the right person to solve this problem.
Will the dealer's owner be aware of this situation?
It is really very annoying to go to the place where they are supposed to give an optimum personalized service and only receive bad attention.

I liked the Tucson. What I didn't like was that they told me that my new Tucson was going to arrive on a certain day. He called the day before and they assured me that it will arrive on the next day. I called to pick it up and they told me that there is nothing. family was waiting for almost two weeks and nothing. He told me I had to wait until the end of the month.
When a Tucson finally arrived they talked to me but I had to pay more because they forgot a charge of 2500 I don't know what it was.

Great place to purchase! Went here to purchase a new vehicle, very cautiously at first because of bad experiences from other dealers. I knew within 5 minutes of talking to these people that I was in good hands and could let my guard down. They made the entire car buying experience easy on me and would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Thank you Sage Priest and David Alex! From my online inquiry to the in person meeting and discussion and eventually the purchase of my 2024 Hyundai Kona. You two made my experience effortless and with Brian’s help with financing I got the car of my dreams. It also helped that I had an excellent credit score and had money for a down payment. But, I’d definitely recommend this dealership and would love to work with them again when purchasing another vehicle.

I called this dealership to fix a recall on my daughter’s car. I was told to call back in 2 weeks they couldn’t order parts and were behind. I called back in two weeks and again was told they couldn’t order parts and were behind to call back again in two more weeks. I called Boucher Hyundai of Janesville WI. They made me an appt for a week later I dropped the car off on Thursday and got it back Monday! Boucher of Janesville has my business from now on!

Christian Russell of Hyundai on Perryville is easily one of the most honorable individuals I have ever met!! I My wife and I first met Christian at Hyundai on Perryville in 2023, when we were asking about Hyundai cars, specifically the Palisade and Santa Fe. We continued researching various makes of cars at numerous dealerships and found nothing we really liked until May of 2024, when we decided we should take a look at the Tucson. I remembered Christian and asked for him because of his calm demeanor, knowledge of product, ability to answer questions accurately and concisely, and, most importantly, because of his ability to convey a sense of honesty and honor in the field of automobile sales known to be populated by less than honorable salespeople! We purchased a 2024 Tucson Hybrid from Christian on May 4, 2024, after a negotiation process that was friendly, sincere, and provided us with what we felt was a fair price for the product. We have continued to bombard him with various questions about how to operate certain aspects of our new vehicle and he has always taken the time to answer our questions politely and succinctly. I consider him to be a friend rather than the salesperson who sold us a car! I highly recommend this dealership when you are looking to purchase a new car! I worked closely with Patricia, Bryan, and Devin throughout the process of purchasing a Hyundai. I was beyond impressed with there kindness, transparency, attentiveness, and knowledge. They were very thorough with their communication and ensured I left the facility knowledgeable and satisfied.

Really disappointed in the service department's attention to detail and unwillingness to be proactive troubleshooting electrical problems. They are very quick to try and sell you tires, wiper blades and common maintenance, but not to listen or diagnose. My wife explained issues she is having with a Santa Fe and went on two occasions, taking time off work to do so, just to have them say oh they didn't understand or they made an appointment and didn't know what they needed to do. you'll have to come back another time. I bought my first Hyundai here, and had recent service on another car but they're losing the opportunity to sell me anything else or have me come in for service. I bought an extended warranty with my car, as I always do, and I would expect them to take a few extra minutes or be a little more concerned with taking care of a customer who drops $3000 to $4,000 on a warranty to ensure they won't have any problem getting paid with bumper-to-bumper issues. They will take the time to rinse your already clean car in their dirty reused water car wash and leave it full of spots. I'm sure the Hyundai Rep. won't be pleased with our report but we will be calling him anyway.
FINAL UPDATE-After help from the GM, Devin, we were able to get everything fixed. diagnosis turned out to be one electronic item, not several items. The accessories and permanent settings that should be held in the computer are now functioning correctly despite the service manager's insistence that the car didn't perform these functions. we are happy that everything was finally resolved, but I stand by my review of the personal interactions of the service department. we're extremely grateful to Devin and to Hyundai for their constant interaction and excellent support.
I have changed my review from one star to four.
These really are great cars.

Took in a Hyundai with an issue they couldn’t even diagnose their own product to see what was wrong with it . I approved 1 hour then another, then a week goes by and they damaged a part on the vehicle which they admitted and would not pay for it. Still had to pay for them to look it over. Very disappointed

Christian Russell went above and beyond in securing my dream vehicle for me! He was available all hours of the day to answer my questions, and listen to my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuine. Christian treated my family and I with kindness and respect, and accommodated for all of our wants and needs. My family and I will only be purchasing vehicles from him in the future, and I highly recommend him to anyone I know who is also in the market for a new vehicle.

I was able to schedule a transmission service and was expecting it to be a couple weeks out before I was able to get in, but they had me in within 2 days.I was very happy with that! Bret and his service team were professional and reasonably quick for the service too. Unfortunately, after the service, my car acted up due to a recalled part. I called and spoke to Bret right away and told him I was on my way back to get it checked out. He had a member of his team meet me in the bay as I pulled in. They checked out the code it was throwing to confirm it was a recalled part that needed replacing. This all happened on a Friday afternoon around 4:30, they had to keep my car since it wasn't drivable. Bret and his team member were very patient considering the time of day and reassured me they could get it done on Monday. Monday afternoon, my car was fixed. Bret advised me he had 2 members of the service team test drive my car to make sure it wouldn't act up again once the part was replaced. I'm very happy with Bret and his team. They are a very busy group whether answering phones, helping walk in customers, or fixing cars. I hope others have the same experience that I did!
