When calling to find out a price of a large coffee, so I know before walking the 15min there and 15 back. I was told they can't give the price of a large coffee over the phone. When I ask why all she would say is "I know it's kind of silly" this is only the 2nd time iv left a bad review out of 60+ reviews. Tried to search it up on line and nothing.

On 10/25/20 I visited to pick up pop before work. The employees were not wearing masks nor did they ask the visitors not wearing masks to put them on. Places like this are why the rest of our town is being hit so hard with new COVID restrictions.

!!Don’t go here during COVID!! Employee behind the counter inside didn’t have a mask on and didn’t even have a mask anywhere near him, obviously made zero effort to wear a mask at any time during his shift. I saw countless customers also inside without any masks.

Gas pump would only pump a tenth of a gallon every 10 or 15 seconds. Any faster it would click off like the tank was full but I was no where near full. I gave up at 5 gallons in a 35 gallon tank. That will get me to Wisconsin where the price of gas is 35 cents per gallon less.

Back Story: I went to the unattended gas station one morning with my wife to fill up 2 cars. I put the money in one pump ($40 Cash) and then went to the other side to put money in to that pump. By the time I went back to my side, the machine had canceled the transaction and gave me a receipt saying I was owed a Refund of $40. I called the number at the station on Harrison and it was to the Corporate office which was closed at the time and closed on weekends. I called that next Monday and spoke to someone at corporate and they instructed me to go to ANY one of the Kelly's Markets and they could issue me the refund. I go the very next morning to the one on Jefferson to get gas with the $40 that was owed to me. Neither of the 2 attendants knew how to process it and suggested that I come back around 6am when the manager was in. I called before I drove back up there to speak with the manager to make sure they could do it. I only got 3 words out before she started cutting me off and being rude saying that if I didn't get it at her gas station then she didn't have anything to do with it and to call corporate. I tried to tell her that I called corporate but instead she cut me off again and said that I wasn't listening and I was getting rude. I asked her her name and she said Emily and go ahead and report her because she didn't care. And if I didn't get it from her gas station then then there was nothing that she can and would do so I was wasting my time. I will NEVER SHOP AT THAT GAS STATION LET ALONE A KELLY'S MARKET AGAIN UNTIL I RECEIVE A PROPER. APOLOGY.
