Not happy at all… brought my car there in November for a transmission rebuild. After rebuilding the transmission, They said it also needed the rear diff rebuilt. They have torn my car apart and now can’t seem to get my work done. Called yesterday and was told hopefully, maybe next week. I even supplied the parts since they said they could not find them. Now my car is sitting back outside and I have no idea when my car will be back in my possession. An experience I wish on no one.

Will lie to customers and make up reasons so he can unnecessarily and unfairly charge customers for issues that aren't there or that he created. I had an employee tell me this, all future customers please of this joke of a "business".

Would not recommend Red’s. Had a rebuild done, which so far seems like it’s okay, but when I picked it up the airbag light did not go off. Checked online and tried the horn, didn’t work, so it appears they destroyed the clock spring wire on the steering column while doing the work and apparently decided during the test drive after work was done that they wouldn’t worry about it and just pretend everything was good when I picked it up. Not sure if there’s a better shop anywhere close so id probably just use a dealership next time to avoid the unprofessionalisn of this place. Still haven’t returned my voicemail I left last night about the issue. Pathetic for spending $4,500 with them.

I just got my transmission rebuilt and I couldn't be happier I first took my 2016 Buick enclave to mark buttita auto service and it sat there for 3 weeks without any work being done so I took my car from mark buttita auto service to reds transmission and they got it done in a little over a week they did everything in regards to working with the insurance company to fixing my vehicle I would highly recommend reds transmission.

Get a WRITTEN quote. I got a verbal quote for a rebuilt transmission that seemed very competitive but WHILE the work was being done $500 of additional parts were needed and then when picking up the vehicle, they revealed that the original quote did NOT include labor - another $1,100. Could have saved $200 with the original place. Office person is very nice and Rocco is the sweetest dog. The tranny seems good over these first 200 miles but beware the misleading pricing.

I had my gear shift cable replaced at Reds. They tracked down a cable. My car parts are no longer made. Friendly lady in the office.
