I love this bank. They comp your ATM fees. That means I've gone all over and been comped that bank's fees the next day. They have a change machine with no fees for ANYONE. They throw FREE shred days. More than that is their customer service. If you go thru the drive thru at the Perryville Rd, Rockford, IL bank you will prob meet Ali. She delivers me fabulous cust service. She is fast, kind and even knows my name! Everyone is super nice but you need to be helped by Ali. This truly is a bank for our community.

Wintrust to the rescue!!
Their fraud team is wonderful. I paid some bills over the weekend and within 24 hours their fraud team notified me of suspicious activity and help me lock my car down. Today I came into the branch and met with Brandy, who helped me not only get a new card, but also helped me find a more secure way of doing my bill payments online and even offered to help show me where to go to set it up
I cannot be more Pleased with the services and the friendliness of Wintrust and my local branch that I frequent. More banks need to take notice and see how Wintrust does it right the first time, every time

They are very friendly and professional, AND provide GREAT CD rates, too! They have a very large asset size and they have been around a long time. I remember seeing their Wintrust billboard out in left field at Wrigley while watching the Cubs from way back!

My first time in the Rockford branch. After a very short wait I was greeted with a smile by Brandie Haas. She was personable and professional. Her attention was focused on me and making sure I was completely informed of product I was purchasing. Her friendliness was a breath of fresh air. When I left, I had a great feeling about this bank.
