Very rude I called to get 2 motors replaced . I asked if they replaced motors, and they said they did . I then asked if they work on BMW they said no . I asked if they can replace my 4.0 and the guy said they do but he doesn’t want to do it for no reason , and hung up on me rudley . It’s sad how these shops turn around customers for no reason , and by us being customers is the only way they thrive . Tj’s just wants to do easy work and over price . They quoted $400 for a coil pack that takes 15 mins to change I did it already .

I'm the second generation in my family to take my car to TJ's. They are honest, friendly, fast, and reasonably priced and I trust them! They tell me what I need to fix now, and what can wait. 10/10 totally recommend!!!

I got my car diagnosed for an issue I was having. They were the least expensive for diagnosing my car and they were quick. I didn't get my car fixed with them because the repair price was out of my budget but they were so nice and helpful. They even said that they didn't care where I got my repaired, just to do the work because it was important. The first repair place I've been to where they were super nice, helpful, and courteous.

Great service at fair prices has made me a long time customer. If recommendations are made, they are done so because they are needed, not because they are trying to pad your bill. They are the good, honest mechanic you have been looking for.

I arrived late on Friday without an appointment. My oil light was blinking.
Tim took best possible care of my car.
He carefully checked for leaks and put in much needed oil.

Just stopped in because of how inviting the website was. Unfortunately, when walked in - I explained that I think my alternator went out, or maybe have electrical problems on my car the response I received was “ it’s to difficult to try to figure out if it’s wiring issues, we don’t do stuff like that”
No offer to even look at my car.
Which was quite funny because that isn’t what their website advertises. 0/10 customer service.

My cars love coming in here! And, we love the mechanics! They always take care of us! They also don’t try to sell you. If your car needs something, they talk through things with you, but never push you into something you don’t need!
