Mathew Goodwin lead service advisor is very helpful and very noticeable. I do recommend people to stop there. Their whole service department are wonderful people. They know what they’re doing. I have not had that in the past with any other dealerships that I’ve had to deal with so far and all the years that I’ve been RVing so it’s been nice to actually come across that people know what they’re doing

Thank you to everyone at the Roscoe IL Camping World for a great day and overall great experience. Amy Donovan took the time to listen about what I was looking for in a motorhome, made sure all the ones we looked at were as expected and found me the make and model that fit what I was looking for in my home away from home. The team at Camping World got everything ready so that I could enjoy it for the weekend. The half day spent learning the RV and going overall care details then shopping the store for necessities (and some fun stuff) was fabulous. Again, thanks to the team with Amy, Scott, Josh, Eric, Julia and Donny - you are amazing!

There are so many negative experiences about Camping World. Well here is a good one! Our salesperson was Keith.
He is genuine and listens to you. Makes you feel comfortable and that he is on your side. Everyone we encountered was helpful and personable, from the salesman, manager, service, finance to the front desk. We were worried after reading all the bad reviews online about Camping World. Maybe other locations aren't good, but I'm feeling great about the Roscoe Camping World. Went there today with questions & concerns about our loan, warranty, and an issue we found with the camper. I was graciously taken care of.... and they already have my money 😆👍

Honestly I will never purchase from these guys again. They were super cool and down to earth but the moment they got their money, they could care less about you as a customer. I have had a broken awning arm and have only owned it for a month. We have called the warranty companies multiple times with no responses, called Rusty multiple times and keep getting a run around from him. Then our sales guy Joel contacted me a week and a half ago to see how everything is going, so I informed him of the awning arm issue we are having. Same thing from Joel. He assured me he would at bare minimum get me further answers. I texted him 2 days ago to see if he has any information, and nothing. This is going on about 3-4 weeks now and still have a broken arm and no answers. Definitely misled by these guys. Rusty assured any mechanical issues that may occur in the next 3 years (I believe that was the time frame) would be covered if we went with the extended warranty, and here we are. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They want their paycheck and when they get that, your nothing to them.

2 years later and we still can’t use our camper because these bugs. We have tried everything to eradicate them and nothing has worked unfortunately!
Edit: well they are refunding us for the topper but haven’t got back to us on anything else. I’m so frustrated at this point and having to deal with bed bugs in a brand spanking new camper, replacing the whole mattress, bedding etc. and then being told they are just bugs... Umm no sorry they are beetles and other bugs. This needs to be made right!!!!!!!!
I am in contact with the store and hopefully getting this sorted out. I am going to change my star rating only because it’s not the actual stores fault, and more so the factory where it came from! the manager Katherine is super polite and seems like she is genially sorry and trying to make it right/getting things taken care of!
We stopped there today and grabbed a mattress topper. We got to our camp site in mn and went to put the topper on our mattress only to unravel it and find it covered in bed bugs. Our camper Is Brand new. We now have to worry about getting our camper cleaned and our mattress being infested!!!!!! I called and customer service line is not available at this time. So glad we spent $285 and became a good Sam’s member 😡😤😤
We have now had to throw all the bedding in our new camper out, and have to sleep in our truck as they are on the bed!

Great customer service and great people was my opinion until I had to request a warranty repair. Then I found out that the warranty we purchased does not cover the awning arms,which we where told by Rusty that the warranty will cover that but not the awning cover. After several phone calls through out a 3 week period, with the thought of the service department and Rusty telling me that they apologize for the no response back the first and second time. Here it is the third time and it's been just over 3 weeks and yet no call back. Hmmmm. Sounds like poor management and the lack of truth within themselves. Once you signed and given money to this company, you are no longer valuable to them...

I tried to purchase parts for my camper. The staff could not answer the most basic questions - dimensions, etc. Told me it was my responsibility to make sure the part was correct. I will never patronize this business again. Very frustrating.

Updated 7.7.24 - Ken’s efforts resulted in this store stepping-up and doing the “right” thing. The GM, Troy, found a way of making Ken whole.
The good news is, my friend gets to load his Harley in the back of his toy hauler and go camping this summer. He won’t be sitting in front of the Roscoe store, unless, that is, his new rig is another lemon.
I upped my rating to two stars. I would make it 2 1/2 but that’s not an option. It will go to four stars if there are no shenanigans when service is required.
My experience at this location is directly related to a friend of mine who is currently sitting out front of the dealership.
Ken is taking time away from friends and family on this Fourth of July weekend to warn others that what happened to him could happen to them.
Ken is so committed to making sure that innocent families don’t make the same mistake he did! His commitment includes being there every single weekend through the end of summer.
But here’s the deal; you don’t have to believe Ken.
