I just stood inside an open FedEx and was there about 10 minutes. Not a single employee even came out to greet me. I could have robbed the place of all their supplies and no one would have noticed. What a terrible experience. I left without using their services.

What a terrible location there is no signage or anything to try and find it. This may or may not be a FedEx office just for the hotel because there’s no public parking.

Holding your package for a day is for a premium. Do it if your out of town and are staying in the hotel

Our company recently held an event at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare, and the FedEx Office team there provided exceptional service from start to finish. They managed all our shipments seamlessly, from carefully offloading them from the trucks to arranging the return after the event. Special shoutout to Steve Boyer, Nichole, and the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. Nichole went above and beyond, especially impressive since it was her first day, and Steve even came in an hour early to ensure our printing was ready on time. Their dedication truly made a positive impact on our event. Highly recommend their services!

Whoever the person was working on Friday morning May 31st was incredibly kind and helpful. Just received my shipment and everything was carefully and kindly wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrived intact. Incredible customer service. Thank you.

As a new FedEx user and being from international, I was bit uncertain of how this would work, but I should not of worried. The staff were calm and patient, and even though the gentleman was not from this specific store, he worked efficiently and helped in all aspects of shipping, including packaging it up.The location of this one is IN the Hyatt, but I'd certainly come back. Also this one opens a hour before the rest in area. Well done FedEx.

This is the worst fedex location I have ever been.There isn’t any parking , it’s inside of the Hyatt hotel: lotsa cars are just blocking everything .Staff refused to accept my drop off package with label on it, even if I said that I don’t need a receipt, Because they “clocked out” for break! What is the problem just putting my package in the office and scan it after coming from break?! Unprofessional, lazy , seem to don’t care staff.

Convenient location inside the Hyatt regency. Full service Fed ex store. Raul is running store great service and knowledgeable. No signs outside but it is in the Hyatt regency first floor to your right

I have to give 5 Stars because of Lisa who works this facility. She was incredibly helpful! This Hyatt is directly connected to the Convention Center and I didn't have a rental car this time so this was absolutely convenient. Lisa told me right away that they have an extra fee because of that which I don't mind paying because it is cheaper than getting a rental car or Uber to another Fedex Location. Plus you can borrow their cart to get the packages from the Convention to them. It was quite stressful putting down the booth and packing up in time and in the hurry I forgot my tablet at this office. Lisa kept it safe for me so I was able to pick it up the next morning before leaving Chicago. I am going to utilize this service next year again.
