Was talking with an associate and mid-conversation, she turned around to answer another customers request, and completely ignored me to assist them. First experience here, so just left for Pandora instead.

I was looking for a certain retired bracelet about a month ago and contacted the Store Manager, Jeannie, via the phone and she was of great assistance to me in keeping me informed as to when the bracelet would arrive at her location. This was a good month before it would be there. She promised to notify me as soon as it came in the store and followed up when it did arrive. Jeannie was wonderful in handling the entire transaction and taking the order over the phone as well as promptly shipping it out to me in a very well packaged manner. I can't say enough on how she provided excellent customer service and efficiency! She made this a very simple and smooth transaction for me.

This store is a complete embarrassment to the Swarovski global brand. We have shopped in Swarovski outlets across the world, and we have never seen such a disrespectful customer experience. Not only did the manager (Jeannie) create a dreadful buying experience by failing to help in finding matching boxes for our 350$+ purchase , she created unnecessary obstacles to prevent us from returning the item. We understand that every store has its processes, however she was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and I. Her tone and attitude was very very condescending. She didnt provide the necessary details and steps of the return process that she be aware of as a MANAGER. I wanted to put this here to make everyone aware of what they could expect when dealing with her. Wont be coming here again. I hope Swarovski corporate will take corrective action and retrain their managers.

Every Memorial Day i always go to swarovski you can always find a good deals for 50 to 30 to 40% off but this time I didn't get anything I did see some stuff that I like but it was more like a hit or miss still love the store that's my favorite

This is a pretty cool store. I wanted to get a pair of earrings as a gift. But the prices are high for them being Crystals. I rather purchase Real Gold ones. But they do have nice things there. Cool store. ???? ?????

Definitely recommend this location! Whole staff is very nice. I think some girls are new and still do not know few things but it’s okay cuz they have great leader. The lady with long dark hair and glasses ( I think she is the manager or smth and I think her name is Jeannine) is amazing! I was in the store for like almost two hours choosing watches and changing my mind like 10 times and on top of that the next day I actually came back cuz I changed my mind again. She was so nice, patient, helpful and understanding. GIVE HER A RAISE! I just hope I got the name right ?

Me and wife were shopping on 04/28/2022. We were approached by store assistant ANDRIANA and were told to rush selecting items…. and if we do not like something she said: ‘Good bye’It was very rude and insulting.Someone from Swarovski management should look into this store customer service.
