I've worked at Elginex for 6 yrs. As a full time sewer. The owner is a nice person and caring for his employees. He's always accommodating for appointments and such. we're a small company which is nice, like family. It's also a veteran owned company.

Working at Elginex has been a great experience. I’ve learned a variety of skills all in one place and I work with great people. I couldn’t ask for a better work situation.

This place practices discrimination and workplace abuse. The owner is mean and verbally and emotionally abuses his employees to the point of tears. Please do not support this company. Ive seen it first hand. It was why I quit.
