Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Cannot hire staff who have any skills. Big turnover of staff. Stop hiring trash and try retaining good employees. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION REGARDING DELAYED PRESCRIPTIONS. So I cannot approve of the pharmacist either. Just a big terrible joke.

This pharmacy is always out or delayed always promise its on the next truck but it never isUsually have to transfer prescriptions if its for emergency purpose like Insulin or Tanzoflu

The cashier Catherine is terrible. Completely rude and has nooooooo customer service. I will never recommend this location simply because of her. Nasty comments nasty attitude. She says she is not going to get I. Trouble because she is an adult, because she is almost fifty no one will do anything to her and that the boss is her friend and she is not afraid of anything I have to say. We'll see about that. I'm calling corporate.

I went to pick up my daughter medicine; however I didn't know there was a copay of .68 cents. I left out the house without my wallet or money. I was able to find .66 cents in my car..After searching high and low for .2 cents but was unsuccessful. To my surprise I was turned away for being short .2 cents. I do a lot of business with this particular Walgreens and was surprised that it wasn't important enough for staff to at very least let me bring .2 cents back at later time so my daughter could get her meds...smh..

I needed help with my children’s prescriptions and when directed to pharmacy Austin was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and PATIENT! Sadly I have to change pharmacies and Austin help me locate my child’s prescription due to his name being misspelled. He took extra time to help me though this! Thank you Austin for excellent customer, which I don’t see often, and going above and beyond!

My experience with the staff at Walgreens in Sauk Village has always been positive. My husband was just cleared to get his COVID vaccine, and he received it from the pharmacist at Sauk Village, and she was very professional and informative. The pharmacy was very busy, and everyone was engaged and positive to customers. The really liked to see that people were getting the vaccine and seemed to enjoy there work!

Buyer beware, I used this Walgreens same day delivery and my order was not delivered to my house. I was shuffled between Walgreens and Doordash with no resolution. No one was willing to take the blame. They are expecting me to accept loosing $134.00. Buyer beware!

Very pleasant cashier that walked up to ask if she could assist the next person, store was super crowded was my 1st time visiting did not know it was there all these few yrs I've been visiting this area.

I can understand why this Walgreens only received one star. They are HORRIBLE! Do not gi there for the medication you need. First they couldn't be bothered to order my Ambien because they were out of stock. This was on a Thursday. I was promised my medication on Tuesday. I was told it was on order and would be in today. Thank goodness I called. Now my medication is on back order!! These incompetent idiots didn't even order my medication. I haven't slept but a few hours in 5 days. Now they argue with me on the telephone telling me to transfer the medication. Telling me to call another location. Ummm NO! I've worked in healthcare for 30 years, I know how thos works. Ambien is a narcotic and can't be transferred unless it's an original prescription. Mine was refill. So they are so uneducated they don't know how their own system works. I understand this is just a sleeping aid but nothing else works for me, due to the medication I take for my diabetes. I will never use this location again. What would happen if this was a life or death medication, diabetic medication, blood thinner. They just don't care. I wish we would change pharmacy's but ouret insurance makes us stay. I wish I wasn't so upset and got the names of the useless staff I was talking to. But I was so upset by their nonsense it slipped my mind. But the whole bunch are incompetent. DON'T GO TO THIS WALGREENS!

Do not use the pharmacy here. They are incompetent and dangerous. They did not inform me about the status of prescriptions. They are useless.
