I got a quote very quickly and the rates and coverages are the same as my previous insurance company and half of what I was paying. Brett and Riley were very pleasant and thorough going over coverages. I already have a relative that will be switching over their car and apartment insurance to this State Farm.

The staff at Brett Twitty- State Farm Insurance Agency are outstanding. I dealt with Riley Wells who was outstanding. I called the office to replace a vehicle in that I bought a new vehicle. Riley was extremely helpful, professional and had a great sense of humor. In a matter of minutes Riley took care of everything and my new vehicle was fully insured. Brett and Jami have done a phenomenal job helping me transition from GEICO who were not helpful whatsoever after I was involved in a car accident that was not my fault. Brett picked up immediately and was able to get me all set up with my car insurance.
Jami did an amazing job with follow up and went above and beyond to help with a claim that didn’t even go through stare farm since I had switched over post accident. Highly recommend this team!!

Kim was very helpful in the process of switching insurance companies. Even though my rates were reduced by $100, Kim made sure my coverage on my new State Farm policy matched my coverage with my previous company and explained everything to me in non-insurance language so I could understand, haha. She took care of everything on her side and followed up with me to ensure I had signed my policy into effect. She answered all the questions I had with ease. I highly recommend reaching out and asking for Kim!
