Carol is fantastic. She’s thorough and very pro-active. Carol advises but does not direct, she let us make our decisions and determine our offers. She handles our questions and concerns with care and grace. We were successful in buying our dream house, which she found for us, and not over bidding! I just ADORE Carol! I didn't know how probate worked and didn't know that so many people would contact me. A ton of people do not have your best interest in place when you are in Probate and she was an angel sent to me! Carol has a team that she works with that helped me clean out the house, fix anything that needed to be done, home cleaners, professional photographers; ect. Carol ran every quote by me and never once did I feel like I was taken advantaged of and she made sure if I could save in areas I would. Carol would let me know what steps we need to go through and what to expect which allowed me to never feel taken off guard through this process. If I ever find myself in a situation like this again I will be calling her and her team.

Carol helped me sell my brother's house after he died unexpectedly. First we had to empty the house where he had lived for over 30 years. It was a difficult time for me and Carol was always ready to help in every way she could. We were able to sell his house in less than two months from listing to closing and at the price I wanted. Carol is simply wonderful to work with. As a real estate attorney, I have worked with a lot of agents over my career. In addition to being hardworking and knowledgeable about all sorts of real estate concerns, she is a problem solver. I have been impressed time and time again how she seeks solutions for her clients no matter the hurdle. We recently had a file together with an international client who was facing some obstacles due to a COVID-19 shutdown in her country. Carol wasted no time in contacting the US Embassy, international law firms, the U.S. State Department etc. until she found a resolution for our client. It took some time, but this deal would have died if it was not for Carol's ingenuity and persistence.
