Horrible service, purchased stamps from the kiosk the machine frozen didn't get my stamps nor receipt it showed in my credit card. Paid second time at the cashier to get stamps. Supervisors are not helpful came twice to get refund they just kept saying i am not responsible and come the next day.

Before u come here watch this video … this speaks for itself .. I’m gonna contact the higher ups and mail them this video as well .. they are rude and they need to be fired .. very unprofessional!!! Fire the manager too see how rude she is

Acting unprofessional at work. these acts included but were not limited to:-twerking to a customer they were having a dispute with-swearing and using disrespectful language-Calling the police on a citizen exercising his writes to record in public that WAS NOT breaking the law in any way-not dressed properly for workThese women were misinformed, loud, and disrespectful. They aren't familiar with poster 7. There is an entire video of the incident, and these employees need to be terminated.

The lady at the Counter number 3 does not list to the situation or query completely and just rushes you up. There are few more USPS within drivable distance, use them for a detailed and better service.

this post office called the cops on a blackman for video taping in their lobby. there are literally signs all over their building, (postsr 7 regarding the rules and regulations of the post office) that gave this man permission to video tape, but they still called the cops. the employees were cussing and screaming and refusing service to not only the guy with the camera, but even a sweet little old lady that was a bystander just trying to get a stamp.what an absolute farce, the postmaster is a joke and a waste of my tax dollars. makes me absolutely

Beware of dropping item in the dropbox.I dropped my item in USPS drive through drop box on 2/4/2024. The package has tracking number & bar code on it. Till 2/16/2024, it was not scanned. Visited same post office twice to check status. Supervisor lady said to wait for 30 days before claim form can be submitted & she can't do anything.Never trust on dropbox service because if its not scanned then there is no proof of any receive. I lost my precious item.

I walked in looking for a box that is used to ship items free and couldn’t find it, so then I started looking at larger boxes that cost. Diane told me not to use that box because it would be too expensive. She then had me try two less expensive packages that didn’t work and then found a box that would be free. She then taped the box around the oversized item even when I told her she could take care of another person. Thankyou for not giving up on me.

During the holiday season, there was only one person at the counter despite long lines out the door. The clerk repeatedly called for a second person to assist over the telecom, but no one showed up to help during the approximately 45 minutes I spent in line.
