The team at the Supplement Superstore in Springfield IS AMAZING! This was my first time shopping there as it was recommended to me by a friend. I walked in and was greeted with a pleasant smile and an ice cold water (which was great on that 90* weather day). Baylee assisted me in choosing the right protein powder for me as I have dietary restrictions (no gluten or lactose). I appreciated her input and her explanations. Will most certainly be visiting again and would recommend to anyone looking for health/nutrition supplementation. They also carry gluten free snacks, which was an added bonus!

The Springfield store has the best customer service! Anytime I enter the store, the staff is coming to great me with a smile and asking what can I do for you?!?!?! If you don’t shop there, your missing out.

I love going into supplement superstore. Everyone is welcoming and very inviting. All of the employees are knowledgeable and you can ask them anything. They tell you about new products to reach your goals but aren't pushy about it. They also will go to great lengths to get you what you need. I have needed a few products in the past that have been out of stock and They have call Bloomington store to get it and then it was drove down to springfield or the have it delivered with the next shipment from the warehouse and will call me when it's in. To me that is excellent customer service!
