So I am disabled and as usual no electric carts. So I informed greeter and he said you are welcome to sit in Subway and wait for one. So I said ok and thank you. 10 minutes later they were giving a available one to a woman just walked in. I said wait a minute it my turn. He.in turn said first come first serveI said well if that the case I was first. He said you cannot talk to me like that and called security on me! He was understanding. I am 60 years old and going through cancer treatments. I just can't do that much walking. So they found me cart that died before I was done shopping. Very bad experience today! Fix your carts please! Or better yet order new ones! And teach your greeters to have more respect for your customers. He was chunky with a beard.

the home side never has any of the cheap options for any merchandise. i went in for a cookie pan and 36' black, blackout curtains today but they have none of them. home team is not managed very well at all. it was very decent a few months ago but now it is terrible. if you need home goods, i do not recommend going to this walmart.

My favorite Walmart super center they always have what I need either in store online or both Highly Recommend this location the employees are friendly and helpful and management goes beyond for there customers satisfaction

It is a Walmart. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. I don't go often because I am not a person who enjoys self check out businesses. If you listen to the people in the parking lot, or read the reviews about the pick up area, you might come to the conclusion that there are few happy customers. I can't disagree with them.

Staff is horribly lazy. These people don't know that it is not ok to put one price on the shelf and charge another at the register. Not to mention, they leave empty boxes on the shelfs in frozen for God knows how long.Also, I'm not giving the person hiding behind the self checkout my receipt when I walk out, if you want to see my receipt step your lazy azz around the corner and watch the machine print it out for me. If the person actually looked at he receipt instead of just glance at it I might understand the "process" more but they don't even care what's on it, I have even showed them a receipt from days ago and they don't even notice. THE STAFF HERE SUCK!Additionally the cameras in the parking lot don't work, my cousin just had her car stolen from their parking lot and there was nothing they could do to help and further and were suupppeer sorry for the inconvenience.I wish I could give a negative star review bc they would get -2 stars.

A $5 toothbrush in a locked cabinet. Rang button. No associate came. I flagged down an associate who said they never got the notice. When she took the $5 toothbrush out of case, she asked if I had any more shopping. I said yes. She replied that she could not give me the toothbrush because it has been behind the case. She said she would have to take it to one of the associates at the checkout, and I would have to go back and retrieve it from them after I finished shopping. All this for a $5 toothbrush all the while I'm on camera! I left my cart and walked out of the store. Walmart lost $200 worth of business from me tonight, and much more in the future, as I will no longer go back. Shopping Amazon now.

Some staff could have better customer service skills. They don't want to help you, or they act like it's an inconvenience to do so and not very friendly. I got what I needed, though the clothing section has gotten smaller in the clothing departments, which was disappointing.

We dropped off our car to get an oil change. An hour after it said it was Paul in for service. We still had not received a text. So we called. Waited 10 minutes and called again. The next time we waited 20 minutes and called and was asked if we could please hold. After being on hold 20 minutes, we decided just to drive to the store since it is only about 10 minutes from the house.. We left our phone on hold and walk in and show the young man that we have been on hold for 45 minutes. He simply said I put you on hold so you would quit calling. This is the second bad experience with the same young person, working the counter in the auto parts area. He is rude and unprofessional.

When in the store to the scoring good Department. Talk to four different people to try to get help. Call for help four times on the intercom. What up front to talk to a manager and ended up storming out. They don't wanna help you or sell you anything. I really don't know why the doors are open. This place is a joke.

Most of the workers are really nice but what I will say is walmart treats their employees horrible. I worked for one and their all the same. I called online pick up as my order was to be done at 7 then they moved it to 9 but gave late notice after 7 no notice at 9 and now it's moved to 10. I called the number for my order and called 16 times as checked in my phone and about 6 on my fiances and nobody answered. We finally were able to get a very kind employees attention and he told us it would be until 10. They need to put a limit on online grocery as I don't blame online grocery employees but I blame Walmart companies itself and how they their employees. Shout out to Jarmyne in Online grocery who assisted my fiance, our friend, and I with being really helpful and kind.

I left the store without one of my bags today. I went back an hour or two later hoping someone had turned it in. It hadn't been turned it in but Dee in customer service was gracious and kind and allowed me to get the two items and take them with me. It wouldn't have been the biggest loss ($7 and some change) but it was nice not to have to pay for these items a second time.

Exceptional. I was looking for particular clothes and the employee went all the way into the back and found 3 color options for both shirt and pants. More people should be willing to do that. Huge shout out.
