Some of the teachers are abusive and some are bullied into lying to the childrens parents about situations that go on. Horrible communication from the director karen and front desk staff . My children were spit on bit pushed off slides busted lips smacked by teachers and none of it was ever reported or taken care of properly. Theres already other parents who have involved police for these same reasons. Do not recommend at all.

I am so pleased with coa! All 3 of my kids have attended and i love their teachers, shannon and nala. I appreciate the care that they put into my kids and would recommend to anyone.

We are very happy to have our children enrolled at this center. We have 3 kids enrolled: a son in the toddler room and a son and daughter in Preschool. We cannot be more thankful for the wonderful staff that works here. Ms. Jackie and Ms. Celenia are great at keeping us updated on our son’s progress in the Toddler class. They always have exciting activities for him to do. In the Preschool Room, Ms. Lidia does a great job at making sure our children feel welcome and safe, as our 2 kids in preschool are on the autism spectrum. We also want to thank Ms. Shannon, because she had our son before he moved up to Ms. Lidia’s preschool room. She really helped him become comfortable in a classroom setting and helped him improve on his social skills.
Management is great. We always feel comfortable talking to Karen and Jenny about anything that is related to our children. We are very happy to be a part of the St. Charles COA Family!

We LOVE our teachers at Children of America-- and the administration as well! The St. Charles location runs super smoothly- with a great bunch of ladies. The director (Karen) is always approachable- and the lovely voice on the phone (Jenny) is always willing to do what she can to help. Finally, Kelly does a FANTASTIC job engaging the kids + keeping them active/learning- while also maintaining order! Thank you ladies; we truly appreciate all of you!

Our son was at this location about a year ago. During our tour we were lied to by the staff, stating our child would be in a class room appropriate for his age group we were also told that since we enrolled so close to enrollment for the year we would not be charged two enrollments for the year. Our son hated being dropped off here and we did not know what room to pick him up in because he would be in different room for pick up everyday. One day I was told check the room up front the room up front told me to check outside, until you are a parent hearing these things creates fear inside you “where is my child!” Our son was in a class with older kids (but we were told the kids would be in age appropriate rooms) which was another lie. Then it came time for enrollment, our account was charged without notification for another enrollment fee. The site managers said that was corporate and corporate said that is the managers. No one would fix the issue or take accountability and the site managers said they never said we wouldn’t be charged another enrollment fee. This made me look into this facility a little more…beware of the reviews you read some are anonymous lol and the other are actually from staff and family at the facility. We have since removed our son from this so called care center and he has been happy with the one he was moved to.

I don't know why Children of America in Saint Charles has any bad reviews?! I've been bringing my children there since my five year old was a toddler. All 3 of my boys attend this daycare and love their teachers like they're family! I can say most of the teachers love these kids as well!

My children have been attending COA for years, since they were 6 weeks old in fact. It was very difficult for us to leave them with strangers at the time. That has since changed. The staff here treat our children with such amazing care. Our kids absolutely love their teachers and friends and continue to learn so many amazing skills each and everyday. We truly cherish our attendance at COA as it has really helped our kids develop and thrive as little individuals. If a spot opens up here at this facility, dont even hesitate. I assure you wont regret it. Our kids will stay until they age out indefinitely!

Our family LOVES St Charles Children of America...the teachers really care about the children and they are learning so much. We cant imagine not having these teachers in our children's lives...they mean so much to us!

I am beyond grateful to the management and staff at COA St. Charles for all that they do for me and my family. They have made my transition back to work as seamless as possible. We have been coming here for 5 years. They have worked with us to coordinate schedules to fit the needs of my family. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming. They provide the best care for my children (5, 2 & 2). I appreciate all of their hard work and kindness. They engage the kids, teach them, care for them and provide the best environment for them to learn and grow. I just cannot emphasize enough how much we love COA St. Charles. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! :)

I pick my granddaughter up almost everyday from COA in the preschool classroom. She is always sooo excited to show me around the room and show me all the things she did during the day. Her mom isn't able to pick her up or drop her off due to work hours. The school does a fantastic job communicating all of the educational activities through their tadpoles App. The daily pictures of her small group and detailed explanations of the learning focus are great! They also send out a digital learning portfolio showing all the progress my granddaughter has made so far this year. COA was a great choice! I highly recommend it to all my friends and family.
