Drivers be prepared to waste all day here, they don’t value your time. It wasn’t only me other drivers waiting over 12 hrs too. Checked in4:30 am with a 5 am appointment, got the door @ 7:30 pm and was done by 10 pm. No restrooms on site. For sure I’m not coming back to this place.

Disgraceful operation! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
This is by far the worst facility I’ve dealt with in all my years on the road. I was stuck here for almost ___ hours, even though I arrived exactly on time for my appointment. There were lines everywhere, nobody knew what was going on, and the staff looked like it was their first day on the job.
Communication is terrible — they talk to drivers like we’re trash. Absolutely zero accountability, zero structure. It’s like there’s no management at all — total chaos. People are walking around with papers, but nothing gets done. No coordination, everything is painfully slow, rude attitude, complete mess, and a huge waste of time.
If you want to waste your whole day and leave angry, this is the place. But if you value your time and your work — stay far away. To the management: get your act together. This place is out of control and it’s unacceptable.

Don’t come over here not good 😡😡😡they don’t care about your appointment time. I’m checkin 2 o clock ⏰ in morning my appointment have 5am now 12 o clock still not giving door when I asked to her she said more hours. She watched movies 🍿 in side nobody work restrooms are not working they actually don’t have restrooms no water nothing I beg please 🙏 don’t not come over this ware house etc again

TRUCKERS STAY AWAY FROM THIS RECEIVER, DONT COUNT DETENTION, U WIL NOT GET PAID BY SOME BROKERS CUZ FRESH EXPRESS DONT CARE ABOUT IT. APPT 5am Arrival 3:30am, chexck out 7:30pm. Was there last week. Received info today that this customer will not paid for detention.

No value for someone’s time and no respect for drivers. It’s been 12 hours waiting here in parking area but no one cares. They should know that we, Drivers have our other schedules too for our day to day living. Don’t want to be here again.

My appointment was at 5:00 p.m.
I arrived here at 4:00 p.m.
They finish me at 10:30 p.m.
Some people they stay 16 hours
I do not advise you to come in here
Do not turn off the refrigerator during unloading, they will cancel the load
