I really must give credit where it’s due, the team I spoke with this morning was absolutely stellar they provided nothing but spectacular customer experience!As a struggling single mother of four trying to get to work on time and in need of a jump start speaking with Tiffany and Adam assuring me they would be here in no time to get me back on the road & headed into work!The driver Aaron was also awesome and courtesy with time and efficiency! He made sure to let me know to keep my car running for an additional 20 minutes and to start it again during the day to ensure my battery is back to normal.Thank you to the best in town for exceeding my expectations!

I was in a bind and called for help. The lady who took my call was extremely nice and helpful and was able to get someone out to me in less than 30 minutes. The guy that came out was very professional but also extremely nice and friendly. I really appreciated great and quick service from start to finish.

I would just like to congratulate Sophie Olson for being recused by an amazing company in negative degree weather with 30 mph winds that the weather reports have been mentioning for weeks. The men and women who risk driving in those conditions do just that, take a risk and may or may not need to be pulled out of a ditch. The cost of that should be more than $450 because you are now having someone else drive risking their own life to save you. Thank you Accurate towing and recovery for all you do to help dumb people. Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Dispatch was friendly and helpful despite it being horrible weather and a high-frequency call period. The tow tech, Aaron, arrived earlier than expected and was friendly, kind, and professional. He was helpful despite difficult circumstances - a really nice human being. I would highly recommend this company.

I would like to thank the Accurate Towing and Recovery Team involved with taking my car into the dealership for repairs. Having a car with less than 10K miles on it totally go berserk in this arctic freeze that we have been thrown into was a little disturbing to me! Adam to the rescue with the transport and thank you Aaron for initializing the transport of my baby! Please all stay safe in the severe weather we have been thrown into.

I was stuck on Annie Glidden for 6 hours last night during the blizzard, no one expected the roads to be so bad that the drifts were 4ft and you couldn’t see the road because of the snow that was blowing. So for this weather inconvenience that had happened last night this company wants to charge $450 for a 7 mile drive for where my car was stuck at to their place. This company is taking advantage of people who were stuck during this blizzard and I saw about 30 cars stuck on this road when I got recused. How are you going to charge $450 for a weather inconvince for a 7 mile drive. They are asking for way too much money. My dad had Accurate come out to tow him once last year and it was about the same distance to where he was towed at but they charged him $120, and when he got towed there was no weather inconvenienc. Point it this company is taking advantage of people in need of desperate help during these harsh weather conditions and it’s charging way too much.

I told them my air suspension was blown and the car was bottomed out. They said they weren’t sure if they could tow it but they would come take a look free of charge. The last company I called charged me 80 dollars to come see it, and they said it was not towable. Not only did accurate take a look at my situation for free but they brought the right equipment to tow my car to the dealer. Extremely happy with them. Would recommend over all other local companies.

I was very fortunate to have Accurate Towing tow my Tesla. I was stranded in the open fields of Genoa. Adam and his team were quick careful and a lifesaver. Highly suggest this company for your towing.
