They seal coated my driveway and it wore off in like a month. I would not use them again. I was better off using a landscaping company for 50 bucks to get the same result. Not happy with them I encourage you to look elsewhere.

They sprayed my fence with the black stuff they put on the driveway, do not want to take responsibility for damaging my fence. My advice, check if company has insurance before hiring!!

Communication was terrible.. they canceled on us twice only after WE called to find out what time they were coming because they didnt reach out like they said they would only to find out they couldnt come due to over scheduleing the first time and needed a different truck the 2nd time. Do not use. Would not recommend at all!

We had Pagni do our lots exclusively at Greenwood Place in Woodstock. His quality and price were second to none. One year our neighbor's lot was done when ours was by a bigger company. They had to redo their lot in 2 years ours lasted 5.

My subdivision is on a private road, and the cost of road repair is our responsibility.I called Pagni's Sealcoating for an estimate last month for hot tar crack filling. Their estimate was fairly priced, so we decided to use them.Once the work started, they were professional and the quality of the work was excellent and the work was completed on time.The repair crew was extremely hard-working and very experienced in their trade.They have a very friendly staff. They gave us a very fair price. The job was done professionally. In the future, we will continue to work with them.I was extremely happy with the decision to use this company and would recommend them to anyone looking to repair/seal coating on a driveway or road.

They did some major patchwork in my driveway they cut out blacktop and replace it.. Also did seal coating on the rest of it. Great job highly recommended!!!!

We have used Pagni's Seal coating for several years now. We couldn't be more happy. Very friendly staff. They are very well priced and easy to schedule. Job is ways done professionally. Will definitely continue to do work with them.
