Bulgogi is not marinated correctly. Yukgaejang doesn't taste authentic. Overall food is bad and bland.

Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I ordered Soon tofu today, and the worker from Bab plus sent me Boodae Jjigae which is different one. And I called them this happened. I thought it is 100% obviously clear that Bab plus needs to come to deliver the food to me since they made mistake and I do not eat Boodae Jjigae. Answer was really shitty attitude with tone sounding like he does not understand me. I hate here and I truly wish the restaurant like this could go collapse in the near future so that other customers do not need to meet any kind of business with shitty attitude. Thanks for making me extremely angry.

Great portion sizes for the price. The food selection is broad, there are good vegetarian options. The space is not suitable for large parties but overall, the ambiance, service, and food are great :)

Probably my favorite restaurant in Urbana/Champaign. I always get #22 beef soup with dumplings and it's so delicious and I always look forward to it.

Bap plus's dduk bok ee is the best comfort food to order! I like that their sweet and spicy sauce for the rice cake are not overly flavored and saucy. The portion is pretty good and it also comes with a light soup on the side!

Food delivery is very fast even I live far from the restaurant. The price is acceptable, the food is just right amount, and most importantly, it tastes good. Some of the dishes are a bit salty, but generally okay if you take with rice.

A+ for location, Bab Plus has become one of my favorite restaurants on campus. Judging by others' mixed reviews, I'm noticing that there are lots of tough people to please. Bab Plus is fine, and here are some of my thoughts. Bab Plus is super convenient for their customers. You order at the back of the restaurant, pay, and are given a buzzer that rings when your food is ready. Then, you pick up your food on your own, eat, and drop off your dirty bowls and trays at the back drop-off section. They have carry out boxes and self-serve water all conveniently located on the side. You really just eat and go whenever you want and for us, busy students, this is great! Portion sizes are huge! I most always get the donkatsu..: which is absolutely massive! I actually can get two meals out of one. They have a variety of different soups, rice bowls, meats, and food comes out super fast. Some of my friends have told me to stay away from their galbi-tang though. The location itself is pretty spacious with lots of seating in the back. Since everything is a quick process, you most likely won't have too much trouble finding seating for your meal.

After the close of Woorijib,Bab+ became my fav Korean food on campus. I LOVE their #7 however it always run out if you get there after 6:30pm. Don't order #11 as a substitute because #11 is so plain that you would write a one start review for it.

For the price, the quantity of freshly made food is great! While I cannot judge on the authenticity of the food, its nice to see asian fast food resturants with freshly made meals(not something sitting in the back for hours). The resturant also has a friendly environment and clean tables. I will definently visit again!
