Sam's Club offers great deals and a wide variety of products at reasonable rates, making it a popular shopping destination. However, there have been some reported issues, such as checkout machines frequently malfunctioning, leading to longer wait times. Another concern is the policy of giving complimentary KitKat only to adults and not to kids, which may disappoint families but the lady explained politely why she is not giving to kids. the store offers good quality items and attractive discounts, making it a worthwhile option for bulk shopping. Ensuring smooth functioning checkout machines and providing treats to all customers, regardless of age, would further improve the overall shopping experience.

Sams gets their ass handed to them in productivity per employee versus their competition. I'm a member for both warehouses and dread going in for my Sumatra at Sams because I know you never see management in front of the store and you see inept service both at check out and the food service counter. I buy very little at this chain. But they have my Starbucks Sumatra going for them. I waited no less than 5 minutes for a sundae and after the five minute walked away while the two people who were ahead of me when I got in line were also still waiting. UGH!

The Vision Center is amazing. Dr. Sabo completes an amazing eye exam! She is very thorough and very personable. The staff who assist with the purchase of glasses, measurement, and follow-up are also attentive and personable. I highly recommend the Sam's Vision Center.

This place has great customer service. They lend me help and even assist me. Some staff also help me grab the products I need when I can't reach the top part of the inventory. The food was a little bit messy. Where I can see some dust in the area. I also saw some products fall to the ground. They should put it in the right place because it can lead to tripping someone when in a hurry. There are also some empty inventory. They should fill it immediately so customer satisfied to this place. They have a great selection where you can buy anything you need. They have a lot of different varieties of products. They have wholesale products where they can save enough money. Some of their products are on sale and some have freebies.

They did it again. This place leaves up to the reputation. CSM OR REP don't know but she is super rude. Long story shot, SIM she can not honor picture price, Hmmm. She went and looked at the sign and brought it back and she scanned the item and even told me I'M LYING AND SHE CAN'T DO ANYTHING. So went back there and got a picture and went to customer service to and Jake we can honor it since I have the picture. He even said we will couch her. CONNIE the manager is whatever attitudes. Sam's Club horrible experience.

They only have someone there 1 day a week. We were not given any options or explanation of the different products. Instead, the technician picked what he wanted is to buy. We left....

The safest Covid19 shopping experience at a warehouse. their scan and go app is Amazing and now I can also use it to pay at the gas pump. Sam's, your technology team has done a great job!

Gas attendant does not wear a mask or wear gloves despite the signs posted and the pandemic going on. Distance yourself from the gas attendant. Safety doesn't seem to be a concern.
