Stole a package I sent. Must be a mail theft ring going on here. Claimed they released it to someone who had correct name and address on the ID when I know for a fact that was impossible. Won't give me information to the District Manager and Kari had a pleasant attitude at first until she checked the cameras then she developed a nasty attitude with me over trying to find a package her or her employee stole.

Worst store I’ve ever been to. Piles of merchandise stacked up permanently in isles, and the store is out of almost everything. Shelves are empty and an absolute mess. Go to the east Peoria location down the hill. Much better in every way. Close thir Washington location down already, it’s been spiraling down for years.

I ask if they have Western Union. They lady throws up her hands as if I'm trying to rob her and says "We don't have enough money." Before I even tell her whether or I'm receiving or sending. I am throughly disgusted. Maybe my skin was too dark for her.

This store is a dump even with the remodel. There is always stocking carts in isle, the floors are dirty as they were supposed to be replaced and never were. Maybe you could move our store to the empty Family Video in Sunnyland.... Need more room and a more pleasant place to shop. The staff are very kind and helpful though.

I had a really uncomfortable weird experience at this Dollar General as I was checking out the manager was talking with one of her associates about blowing up the building. And then when she was ringing at my items she looked at her associate and said I’m not putting that in a bag to one of my items which was just as planted seed starter kit?? Definitely not expecting a lot but decent human courtesy would’ve been cool.
