Great experience i worked with nick on a 2012 camaro 2ss. Got the price i needed. Didnt even have to check it out. They sent all the codes quickly as well as what they did to it on the lot. They also were able to get 2 guys to drive it to des moines. And meet at my home to sign the documents. Super easy. Thanks again

Went there yesterday to trade on a f250 6.7 powerstroke. Touch screen radio didn’t even light up or come on. Shady appraisal offered me $20000 for my 14 lariat 6.7. Rough trade in was 22,000. My truck is far from rough condition. Then when I walk out appraiser was like well we can do better. He’s like you do try to negotiate. I was like nope better give me ur best price the first time. They would put my truck on lot clean retail for $32,500 guarantee.

Sadly we did not get to buy from here, although I really wish we could have! I wish they would have had the truck we ultimately bought, because I really wanted to work with Tom. We test drove a truck here, figured numbers, and the whole experience was nothing short of great. Super personable, willing to negotiate but not pushy or demanding. Straightforward on numbers, never felt they were sneaky or trying to slip anything by, which is how we felt at the place we purchased a truck from. I hope when we're ready to trade in our other older truck, we won't have to be quite as picky as to what we need, and we can deal with Tom and Chad (I think!!) at Uftring!!! Thank you guys for fabulous service and going the extra mile even when you knew we weren't able to buy from you! That alone is class and someone I want to work with!

I recently bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler in late November, despite the “detailed inspection” many issues have occurred, The issues could have been seen during any basic inspection. The Jeep has had electrical issues and multiple leaks of various types. Which I have had to miss work for or go without a vehicle, In the four months I have owned this car, it has been in over five times for repairs, and spent 3 weeks of its ownership sitting in the drive gushing oil, waiting to be repaired or with windows that refuse to roll up due to the electrical issues.In November, I had an inspection done at the shop of my choice, Which the majority of issue I did find under warranty, they refused to fix. Recently the transmission pan rusted out of the vehicle, which they refused to replace, despite this obviously being a pre-existing issues. However Mike did mention, how he pushed in on the pan with his finger, and how it was visually Porous and almost squishy. The next day my vehicle was gushing oil even worse, to the point it couldn’t be driven. I have had constant fights with the dealership in an attempt to get all of the issues repaired, although they have replaced a few of the issues with the Jeep, it was a struggle to get ahold of them and at one moment, I was intentionally given the wrong phone number to call. When I brought my car into the shop for the few issues they did fix, the mechanics often had no idea I was scheduled to come in, which I was told was going to be taken care of by Steve Jones. However it was constant confusion and irritation. The mechanics were rude and at one point forgot to even bring my car out for me to pick up. They also seemed to take quite awhile taking cars down from a lift, At one point I was told my car was done but it would take 15 more minutes to get the estimate done. I then called back about 45 minutes later just to be told, it would take another 30-45 minutes to take my car off the lift, which I know only takes a few minutes to get the car down and moved out to the lot. They will not call you back in a timely fashion, you have to constantly call them just to be left on hold and be passed through to multiple people who happen to all be out of the office at the same time, just for the hope someone will call you back.

When I went inside I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to care I was there, then when they finally did talk to me the man used verbiage that suggested I was too poor to afford any of the used vehicles they had for sale. When we finally got around to looking at the car I was looking to purchase he said "I don't think this is really in your price range". At that point I was fed up and asked to speak with a manager to which the man replied "I won't have someone coming here just to waste our time, please leave" This is ludicrous and completely unacceptable behavior for someone in a sales position. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
