Online says open till 7 drove there got there at 530 and closed already drove to another close by also closed so if you aren't open to 7 could you change your hours...

The service was amazing and John was an awesome nail tech. He was very welcoming. I was happy with the whole process, as this is my second time getting my nails done ever. I got short square acrylic nails with regular polish. When I left I noticed bumps in the polish. I did bump my pinky in there myself, but that finger is fine. The polish is uneven and rushed. And the nail isn't 100% covered. Overall I enjoyed the experience, but won't be going back.Services: Nail extensions

On 8/12 I booked a mani/pedi for myself and my daughter. My daughter received a gel manicure with chrome polish and I received a basic pedicure. I was charged $75 for the service and left a $10 tip. When I arrived home I saw two pending transactions for $75 on my bank account. I contacted my bank and was told I needed to wait until the transactions were posted to determine if I needed to contact the salon to request a refund/charge back to my account. On 8/14 the two transactions posted (one for $85 and one for $75). I contacted the salon and was instructed to file a dispute with my bank. The salon owner stated this has happened before to other customers and they were able to get their money returned through their bank. He refused to issue me a refund. I filed a fraud dispute with my bank on 8/15. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. The salon refuses to acknowledge the request from my bank and the BBB was unsuccessful at getting a response from the salon owner. I would like to get my money returned as I did not authorize two $75 transactions. The salon refuses to acknowledge the error they made and refuses to issue me a refund of $75.

Very good service. Air conditioning on a day when it's a was about 97°. And reasonable prices. Clean shop.
