This Walgreens is closed on the weekends which is the main time frame I can pick up my prescriptions. It would be nice if they were open at least from 10-3 on the weekends.

I was visiting from out of town & needed a prescription filled. I spoke to my pharmacist back in CA who told me it would be fine to get filled here in IL. I called the Washington location & the girl said I could not get it till September. I called East Peoria and they filled it. My mom has problems with this location and so does a friend of ours. They are not helpful or accommodating in the pharmacy at all. I feel bad for my mom because the Walgreens in CA took great care of her. The store itself is in a good location & has reasonable prices. It's clean & the workers are friendly.

I went to get my COVID booster, only to be told I did not qualify. I made an appointment with the pharmacy online to get the booster and on the website it looked like I did qualify. This is not why I rate the store low. I rate the store low based on the interaction from the pharmacy technician. She was rude and very judge mental. I also did not appreciate having to specify my immunocompromised condition for everyone in the store to hear about. I feel like this was a HIPPA violation. Last time I go to this Walgreens in Washington, IL.

I went personally into the pharmacy & gave the tech ALL my information to request a transfer from the Kroger Pharmacy. I don't think she processed the transfer information correctly. I ended up calling both pharmacies twice to get prescriptions transferred, as well as my doctor. If it weren't for the GoodRX pricing, I wouldn't be using this pharmacy.

Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I would recommend giving up and dying from whatever medical condition you struggle with before relying on the staff in this pharmacy
