A very pleasant experience coming to this Quest location for the first time today. Sheronda attended to my lab orders within 60 seconds upon checking in and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Very pleasant employee and warm spirited exchange, I appreciate you and your friendly smiles Sheronda!!!

Great set up, make an appointment and you get a confirmation text, and get a text the day of the appointment. Very efficient and friendly staff.

I HATE getting blood work done and I am always a baby about it. I went to the Westmont location and had Hannah and Whitney helping me out. They were so kind and patient. I have never enjoyed getting blood work done before but they were great!

What they told me about the results being ready on Monday is a lie. It’s Tuesday night and the results aren’t done yet. One dies in the mean time.

Had a 6:45am appointment that I had to make arrangements to get my kid to school in order to make. It’s currently just before 7am and there are 4 people including me standing outside the locked door with the lights off. There’s no number to call this office directly, just an automated line for the company.
These things do happen, but it’s a bummer since my test is one that needs to be done first thing in the morning. Hopefully I won’t need to reschedule, but I think that’s the most likely outcome.
