I have been coming here for years I Don’t TRUST ANY OTHER AUTO SHOP WITH MY TRUCK!!!! I know I WONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF as a Woman I can’t even put into words how kind and professional the team is Mark Is WONDERFUL ALWAYS make sure I understand what is going on with my truck and works with whatever financial situation I’m in letting me know what has to be done and what I can wait on making me aware of safety issues and concerns the mechanics are very knowledgeable and will give you a break down of everything so you can understand ALL the Guys there are wonderful Charlie, Angelo, Kevin etc. this is a auto shop that really makes you feel welcomed and comfortable check them out you won’t regret it 😊

I needed brakes all around & both front axles and hub bearings replaced... and an oil change.
They knocked it out in a few hours and I was on my way!
I would give 50 stars if I could.
Bonus Points:
Not only did Charlie drive me home & pick me up after the work was finished - but Kevin took my car through the car wash!

The guys at Real Autohaus did a great job with my repairs. They got to the issues promptly and went out of their way to explained their work in great detail. This isnt my first time going to them and will continue to use them for my auto issues.

Went here for issues with my heating and had a few leaks underneath the car. These guys were fantastic from Start to finish, they explained things to me so that I could comprehend, no hidden fees every dollar amount charged was explained upfront, I’ve found my new home it’s refreshing to find a auto shop I can trust who I don’t feel are swindling me out of thousands of dollars like most tend to do! Shout out to Angelo he is my favorite❤️

Finally found a great automotive place in Westmont ILL to service my car. Their service has been exceptional, friendly and caring. Real Autohaus was recommended to me by Discount Tire! Now I no longer have to drive far away to my old dealership and prices at Real Autohaus are much more reasonable

Same day service on an oil change! Also learned I have some other issues I will need to take care of in the future.
Keep on adding to this review. More electrical issues overcome by the crew at Real Autohaus. Careful of those zombie squirrels people. They get into engine bays and make nests when they can't find alternate housing, lol. Great job Real Autohaus!

Timely appointment, great service. awesome communication. So glad I found this place! Have had lots of work done over the years and happy with the results. Charlie did a good job keeping me up to date on everything that was happening with the repair.

Thanks, Mark, for squeezing me in! I took advantage of an offer in the mail for an oil change special. They also made me aware of a separate issue, and showed me a quote to fix, which I politely declined. That's certainly useful information.
4/5 only because the subtotal was a tad higher than the price on the coupon.

A most incredible auto service center. It was my second time visiting Real Autohaus for an oil change. Mark at the helm of the service desk is amazing as well as all the techs that are employed there. They are thorough and took the time to give me a most comprehensive evaluation of what needed to be done, in order of importance. I can't say enough about this business. So glad I found them.

We have had three of our cars, with major repairs, done here and they are awesome. I am very skeptical of garages as I worked in one a while ago and know how most operate. They guys are true to their word and the repairs are done right. If there was a light that cam on afterwards they were quick to have the car back in and fixed the issue without charging more. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to get the car or truck fixed correctly!
