My friend went in to get her eyebrows shaped and they ruined her eyebrows, changed the shape without permission and when we asked for a refund she was argumentative and called us liars when we said that wasn’t what she wanted then said I can’t make them grow back the best I can do is give you a refund after we already asked for it.

I’ve been going to Salon 21 for about 7-8 years and I have never been disappointed. At this point I honestly don’t trust anyone but Rella with my hair. I get haircuts, highlights, and the like but my favorite is the much recommended keratin treatments. The massages I receive by the amazing Danute are heavenly! The best I’ve ever had…and I’ve had many! Two times per month is my average. Marcia helps out from time to time at the front desk, decorating for different season, answering the phone, running errands and what not. She is honestly one of the sweetest people I know. I am aware the salon offers many other services which I have not tried but I am quite confident they are just as great. Obviously, I recommend 100%. Salon 21!!!

I have been going to Salon 21 for almost 30 years and Rella the owner has always done my hair. My husband has been going for over 20 years too. This is because we both love the job that Rella does for us. Rella and her staff are professional, pay close attention to details and are friendly and helpful. The Salon offers high-quality cuts and styles, exceptional hair and makeup services. Salon 21 focuses on client happiness and a willingness to address any concerns.

Rela is the best hands down! Very fast service and extremely professional! It also helps thats she is personable and tells great stories to make you feel comfortable! The salon is also very nice and clean inside with great products to purchase for home use.

I’ve been coming here for waxes for over a year now and I refuse to go anywhere else just because of how great she is! The wax packages make it one of the more affordable options in the area as well! There’s a boutique inside the salon that always has great deals. I got Olaplex for 50% off!!
