My mother went in for oil change and was told that the tires were unsafe because of metal belts showing. I check the tires and rub my hand all round 4 tires. Not once did I feel any metal belts poking through the inside of the tires. They tried to get $1700 in parts and labor for nothing.

I had a screw puncture a tire and talked to Matt about ordering a new tire. Matt looked at the tire and convinced me to repair it instead of ordering a new one. He had it fixed in 30 minutes. He could have easily ordered a new tire and cost me over $200 more. That’s service! Thanks Matt!

I’ve taken my Jeep to Wenzels a few times and have always been happy with the service and prices but recently with the low temperatures my car started making a noise and with a new baby at home we were nervous about it and on a whim called and they took us in right away and turns out it was a simple fix and we weren’t charged for anything since it was just ice trapped underneath and we were out the door in 20 minutes! We were so grateful to have them help us in a rush and will also be returning now whenever we need maintenance done on our cars! Highly suggest them to anyone in need, great service, great prices and honest, good people working there! Thank you again Wenzels!
