Went absolutely above and beyond! We were hosting a car show down the street and forgot our high visibility vests, we went in to purchase some and they only had one left, not only did the kind employee give us one of their own, but they got us 2 more from another store!!!

Have a warranty on a car starter I bought it from them and brought to the mechanic then the mechanic gave me the old starter (warranty) and I was to bring it back like they told me to for my cash refund and apparently they can’t cough up $230 refund at this location on a Saturday at 3 pm. Mind you I went there at 11 and was told to come back at 3 lo and behold they don’t have the cash…. Seriously get your cash up or shut the door. 0/5.

Gotta give a huge shout out to Max.
Yesterday, I purchased all-around break pads and rear rotors from the Kenosha location. Today, I came in to the Zion location to purchase the front rotors, and Max informed me about a bundle deal involving the pads and rotors that I didn't get at Kenosha due to me not knowing which rotors I needed. Max was able to look up my purchase from yesterday and get me my savings today.

(Note: Ford made my vehicle year with 2 different sizes of front rotors, so I blame them for making Max to have to do extra work to help save me money.)

Got helped today on my lancer for a new battery
Staff went beyond any expectations from start to finish, Max was exceptional; Addy and Rigo were also very generous and gave extraordinary costumer service in every aspect.
Thank you all for the great service and for always doing the extra mile for the costumers with no exceptions .
I really hope they all get compensated soon within the company
used to go to autoparts/AutoZone for yrs and that will no longer be the case.
Once again Thanks Max for being genuinely helpful to so many costumers and also Rigo and Addy for the superlative costumer service.

We stopped here cause Christy wanted tacos from food truck in parking lot that I bought for her before go to see keagan for birthday. I had to get some parts here for work like oil and antifreeze plus a brake line when I did back brakes on 2002 Ford f250 which had to be custom done cause of one end needed to be flared and Justin lent me his tools to do it when he was at harbor motel in Winthrop Harbor IL.

Purchased a piece for my car for 115, looked on Amazon 15.99. So yeah its just that simple fam. 15 dolla compared to 120 dolla. But staff was on point, very nice and professional.
