The whole experience went as you would want. Jesse came out gave me a quote I couldn't resist and 2 and a half weeks later he installed the new skyline and in an hour it was done.
Has not rained yet though.?

I started with a quote in 2020 for a home insurance claim and they were able to get out and work with my schedule. I had to save up some money in order to do the repairs and then covid hit and then I moved about but we kept in touch and they were very helpful with what they did and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for roof repair.

Wonderful, thoughtful people who really care.
After hail damage, we shopped around for roof repairs, and Thomas Jefferson was the clear choice. From the start, they treated us with kindness and fairness. They said a repair would be fine and they would be happy to do it. However, they suggested after looking it over that a full replacement would likely be covered by insurance. They didn't try to upsell us or pressure us, just talked it out like you would with a friend. That first conversation was when we were certain this team was right for us!
Every step of the way, Tim and his team helped us figure out the best options. And they worked with our insurance company to make sure we were checking all of the boxes.
I cannot say enough nice things about our experience. Thanks so much for making the process of replacing our roof easier. We felt confident that it would be done right, and it was!

They did horrible job they buy cheap sliding door and windows for my house they charge 7,670 for nothing I won't recommend them

Great company. Very friendly, from the office staff to the salesperson. Jesse was very friendly and helpful. I love my new roof. This was the second time I've used this company with no complaints.

This was my 2nd or 3rd time using your services and each time was a great experience with quality workmanship. The scheduler was super nice and supportive of my needs. The person who came to do the repairs was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was happy with the results. I’ll use again and I will definitely refer Thomas Jefferson Roofing to my friends.
