Had an amazing experience with Window Consultants of Indiana. They did an honest assessment of which of our windows needed repairing or replacing (unlike another company that was only interested in replacing all of our windows). Their pricing was very reasonable and once the new windows arrived it was a very seamless installation process. Their installers were punctual, professional and careful of the inside and outside of our house.

I researched, and received estimates from three companies to have several window repair issues resolved. Window Consultants of IN were very responsive and their estimates for these issues were better than their competitors.Work was done professionally including: replacing the glass for a foggy window; replacing/rebuilding a "semi-circle" window whose sash showed signs of wood rot; and replacing some wood rot trim around 2 windows.They were straight-forward and didn't try to tell me that I had a bigger problem then what was obvious.Overall, very pleased with their workmanship and overall dealings with this company. I would use them again.

We had some windows that needed to be replaced on warranty but the installation was not covered in the warranty. WCI was recommended by another window professional. Installation was scheduled, about a 10-day lead-time, and the installers showed up as scheduled and on-time. They were professional and very efficient in getting the two 8' tall windows removed and then replaced with the new in less than 2 hours. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for with a quality and warranted installation.Service: General window replacement

I couldn't be more pleased and impressed with my interactions with WCI. I called WCI on 9/1/23 for an estimate to evaluate and repair my windows. Brett who was pleasant and professional, said that David Jackson would call me to set up an appointment. David called that same day and arrived right on time to look at my windows. He solved the problem by working persistently and knew exactly what to do to be able to open these windows with these faulty window cranks. After repairing the window cranks David made certain I was able to open each window. He recommended buying new glass units because of the foggy appearance. So as a result I am purchasing 3 new glass units. David was professional, pleasant and experienced with his work. He did an exceptional job. I am so appreciative of his excellent service. Thank you! WCI does not try and get you to over purchase, but rather takes the time to review with you the various needs of your home and help you make the best economic decision. There was constant communication throughout the process. We have an older home with aluminum storm windows. After one was damaged during a storm, we had trouble finding any place that could either replace or fix the window--apparently these storm windows are a thing of the past. We were so happy to learn about Window Consultants of Indiana. Their skilled craftsmen took the storm window apart and put it back together with new parts while we waited. We had a damage of our window glas. I called window consultants of Indiana and Brett called me back right the next day. They came out and measured it, gave me an estimate, ordered the right format in, replaced it in the course of a week and everything went smooth and perfect as it could have been. First time with Windows Consultants of Indiana. We were concerned about the repairs needed for multiple windows and we shopped around. By far the best consultation. Service was clean, efficient and the windows are perfect (thank you Leo and partner). We also needed to have a sash replaced. The window was removed and rebuilt.
