I have a loan here for my car payment that’s the only bank and I do here. I would never go to this bank every time I go to pay my payment everyone working there is too busy talking or doing their own thing are usually have to wait a good 3 to 5 minutes before they even come to the window. Also on the outside and the drive through the windows in the building are filthy dirty it’s disgusting

I've been a member at this bank for over 3 years. Recently when I tried to eat out my card was denied. It turned out they canceled my card for suspicious activity and didn't bother to call me in the 15 days that it was inactive. I called the fort wayne branch and after about an hour on the phone I was notified that I need a new card. They told me I'd have to get a new card at one of the branches or wait two weeks. I asked if I should come to the fort wayne branch to get it and they said columbia city had a working machine. I arrived in columbia city after running errands in Fort Wayne all day. When I told them the situation they told me the machine that activates new cards doesn't work. It also didn't work 3 YEARS AGO WHEN I JOINED. I'm low on gas and work at 4 A.M. And I repeat because they apparently don't have a system for when they randomly decide a purchase could be fraudulent. I have been without my debit card for 15 days. One Five. I am actively searching for a new bank.
