The bank tellers are always so nice and easy to work with. They ask security questions every time I withdraw funds to make sure I am authorized. I feel that my money is secure at Star.

I opened my account here several years ago and the person who helped was super friendly. Helped me understand the difference in the type of account I was opening and was helpful and explained the steps in a way I was able to understand. It’s always an easy experience when I need to deposit some change into my account. The tellers are helpful and I’m always greeted with a smile, never an issue. They’re the best.
